HL City is Mr. Rakesh Joon’s most personal project — a township he didn’t just build, but chose to call home as its very first resident. With a rich background in Greenfield developments and infrastructure, he has shaped HL City with ground-level expertise, trusted partnerships, and an energy that inspires everyone around him. In 2018, his work was honoured with the Haryana Gaurav Award for Best Emerging Builder.

With master’s degrees in education and law, Mrs. Shailaja Joon steers the company’s day-to-day operations with quiet authority and clear purpose. Her leadership brought two beloved institutions to life within HL City – the internationally acclaimed Shining Star Badminton Academy and GD Goenka Public School. A 2018 Haryana Gaurav Awardee for “Emerging New Talent in Sports” she is as dedicated to community as she is to excellence.
