At the heart of Shining Star lies a simple idea – to redefine how aspiring sportsmen experience training and rise to their potential.

Mr. Rakesh Joon, Chairman & Managing Director of HL City, envisaged this world-class sports club with a single-point aim of upliftment of sports in the region – and kept his promise by establishing it even before the first resident shifted to HL City.

Every court, pool, and training space was built to encourage peak performance, discipline, and mental strength.
